This is the start of my wheel altered project. It is a mug with a place for your fingers to stay warm when filled with hot liquids. I finished assembling it on wednesday and now i am waiting for it to dry. I am attempting to dry it slowly because i don't want the two pieces to break apart.

 

This is my taller than wide project. I made this project on the wheel. the form got squished and gave it a cool ripple in the middle. I glazed this project with the shadow green glaze. The glaze sits kind of thick in the rippled part and at the bottom by the foot ring. In the thick areas the glaze looks really matalic and shinny. The somewhat complex form looks good with the simple glaze. The ripple really stands out, and looks as if done on propose.
