This vase is going to be my 2nd themed project. I am really thinking about painting some symmeterical leaves or flowers on the surface. It's really to be glazed, so I will do that next. I think that this will turn out very nice.

The use of shapes to an artist can be infinite, either large shapes or small shapes, or bright shapes, they all bring something different to the table. This is my themed project, the use of symmetrical design. It is quite a short vase, if you would like to call it that, but at the same time very wide. On the surface of the vase are many short lines that go all the way around the vase in a symmetrical pattern. The red glaze is speckled, adding a little interest to the whole project.
